Nebula uses your verified Steam identifier, chosen panel name, installation proof digest, encrypted connector delivery credential, hosting status, billing country, private-consumer declaration, recorded seller/tax treatment, provider customer/subscription references and subscription-consent records to operate hosted access and billing.

Steam handles human sign-in. Stripe processes direct payments; Stripe Managed Payments/Link handles merchant-of-record purchases. Nebula does not collect or store card numbers. Stripe/Link retains the billing and transaction records required for its role.

Nebula uses necessary authentication, sign-in correlation and antiforgery cookies. Quasar maintains its own permissions and cookies. Network operators may retain security/operational logs; connector credentials and payment secrets must not be logged.

Requests and WebSocket traffic pass through the hosted gateway to your Quasar installation. This can contain administrative commands and private panel data. Game supervision and worlds remain local. Avoid putting personal or secret information into the public panel name.

Service, security and billing records are retained as needed for operation, disputes and applicable legal accounting duties. Contact the service provider to request information, correction, account closure or deletion, subject to required retention. Closing hosting does not delete your local Quasar or game-server data.
