Canceling renewal stops future subscription renewals; it does not automatically request a refund for an earlier payment. You can contact product support or Sold through Link support for billing, refund and withdrawal requests.
Where consumer law provides a withdrawal period, including the usual 14-day period for qualifying EU consumer distance contracts, those rights remain applicable. Hosted panel access is an ongoing service. Requesting immediate activation is not a blanket digital-download withdrawal waiver. Any lawful adjustment for service already supplied requires the applicable legal basis and consent.
For purchases sold through Link, Stripe/Link may process refunds under its merchant-of-record rules. Direct purchases are handled by the service provider through Stripe. Refunds and disputes can retract the affected paid access period. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or creates a blanket chargeback waiver.
