Nebula supplies a restricted public-access tunnel to your existing Quasar dashboard. It is an ongoing digital service. Your game servers, worlds and local administration remain on your machine.

The subscription price is €2.99 per month or €29.99 per year in EUR, including applicable customer taxes, for one customer, one panel/tunnel and one subscription. Your selected billing period and recurring total are shown before checkout. Processing fees are absorbed. Stripe may offer optional local-currency presentation; review its displayed currency and total before paying.

Your subscription provides hosted access to your Quasar panel and also supports ongoing development and future CometWorks projects. It does not include access to unreleased projects or a promise of particular future deliverables.

The seller and tax treatment are displayed before checkout. Eligible private EU consumer purchases can be sold directly by CometWorks (business details pending live setup), with payments processed by Stripe and VAT exempt under the Dutch small-business scheme (KOR), while the operator's eligibility approval is current. Other supported purchases use Stripe Managed Payments (Sold through Link) as merchant of record, including applicable customer taxes. KOR does not exempt Sold through Link's sales.

Each billing account retains its recorded seller and tax treatment. Contact support before changing from a private to a business purchase or moving outside the eligible region. No seller change or conversion of an existing subscription happens automatically. Link supplies transaction billing support for its sales; CometWorks (business details pending live setup) supplies direct-sale billing support and hosting support.

Renewal at your selected monthly or yearly billing period continues until canceled. Cancel renewal in your Nebula account or supported Link billing controls. Cancellation preserves access through the paid service period unless a refund, dispute, security suspension or mandatory legal requirement changes that entitlement. Local Quasar remains independent.

KOR renewals beyond the operator's approved eligibility date are paused at Stripe. They can resume after a new eligible approval, unless you explicitly canceled renewal. Your paid service period remains available. If KOR eligibility or your qualifying customer status changes, the operator must stop incompatible renewals and review the billing arrangement.

You must have authority to administer the enrolled installation. Keep Steam and machine credentials private. This service does not provide a general-purpose VPN, arbitrary port forwarding or permission to access another person's panel.

Hosted access depends on your running Quasar/Bootstrap installation and network connectivity. Temporary outages and maintenance can interrupt remote access. Contact product support for problems with service delivery.

Before payment, you separately accept the selected subscription price and billing period and request immediate service. This request does not automatically remove your statutory withdrawal, refund or dispute rights. See the withdrawal/refund policy and applicable Link checkout terms.
